At Danza Stella, we keep our shipping fees to a minimum so that you get more value for your money! If you spend above a certain amount, you will qualify for free delivery.

Return

All returns should be sent postage paid to the address stated by us. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt as we cannot accept responsibility for undelivered returns. Returns must be sent in resalable condition, in the original packaging and with all tags still attached.

Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on underwear, tights, hair accessories and makeup. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Refunds Process

Refunds are typically issued via your preferred refund method indicated while filling up the 'Online Exchange and Return' request. If a refund method is not selected, by default the mode of refund is your original payment method.

Please note:

  1. Danza Stella reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item has not reached our warehouse.

  2. Ensure that refund details given are correct and complete.

  3. Any incorrect and/or incomplete entries will be refunded entirely to Wallet Credit.

  4. If you opt for a refund via your original payment method, the refund value will be apportioned according to the amount paid via store credits and your original payment method.

  5. Exchange orders are only refundable via wallet credit.

  6. Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.

  7. We are unable to accommodate any refund reversal requests for Wallet Credit if 30 days have past from the refund date.

  8. Any refunded store credit that is used on a new order (including exchange orders), can only be refunded as store credit - even if a different refund method is selected.

  9. Refunds are for merchandise only. Postage is non-refundable in any circumstances. We will endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible. However this may take up to 28 days.

 

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only available for size and/or colour of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed. We recommend you return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the different product.
